All of our manufactures are currently shipping products, but many are experiencing longer than normal lead times. Longer lead times are not only due to supply chain issues due to COVID-19, but also the high demand for many of the products we offer this time of year.
If your order will ship outside of the lead time specified on our shipping page (or is out of stock) we will contact you by text or email to provide an estimated lead time. Shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS are also seeing record level demand and are experiencing delays as well.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping or returned will incur a processing fee of 2.9% of the total amount paid. Why do we charge this fee? Once your card is charged, we pay a processing fee to the payment provider that is not returned if an order is cancelled or returned.
