United StatesI installed the rack and light bar myself. I have the Limited model with the standard roof rack (not the Adventure or TRD) and I did not have to drop the headliner like I feared. Install was easy (watch one of the YouTube videos). The video on the Overland Website is for the 4th generation, not the 5th generation so don't watch that one. I had to have the light professional finished with the electrical. But they were able to run the wire down the post on the outside of the car and it totally disappears. You wouldn't even know it's there and they didn't have to drill into my roof. I am pretty picky and I am totally happy with everything.

We are happy that you are enjoying your rack! Prinsu recently discontinued the lock washers for all of their racks and replaced them with a tube of Loctite Threadlocker. They are in the process of updating their install instructions and we apologize that they didn't send you the newest version. Thank you again for your business!
Will the Prinsu roof rack work on the 2022 Rav4 adventure model?
It will work on any model that does not have the panoramic sunroof.

Will this work for A RAV4 XLE 2019 with sunroof?
This will work with the standard sunroof, but not the panoramic sunroof found on some XSE models.
What is the weight rating for the Prinsu roof rack on 5th gen Rav4
Prinsu does not have official weight ratings for their racks, but as an example they are strong enough to hold roof top tents.
Will this support a rooftop tent
Yes, Prinsu racks are made to support rooftop tents.
I have a 2019 RAV4 LE it has the flush bars on the top will this work ?
Yes, it will work. The factory roof rails and crossbars will need to be removed for the Prinsu rack to be installed.
