CBI Off Road Ford Ranger Cab Height Bed Rack | 2019-2021

Overland has been very helpful, I would give them five stars. the one star is for CBI. shipment arrived with no instruction sheet or a web site address for installation, no parts list to check for missing parts, which would have also helped in assembly. I notified Overland of my problem and was given a web site for assembly for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Upon reviewing I could see that I was missing the brackets that held the rack to the bed. I notified Overland and they notified CBI of the situation. I received the parts but soon found out that the brackets were not for the Ranger, the bracket which had nuts welded to them were on 3 inch centers and the rack had slots on 2 inch centers. Hopefully some day before the snow flies I can put my tent on top and go camping. Poor quality control at CBI. I like the looks and function of the rack but would be cautious in buying anything else from CBI.

First off Overland has been exceptional to work with, the problem is with CBI. Finally received missing rail clamps, thanks to Overland, but CBI sent the wrong hold down clips, the holes were an inch to wide so here i am having to wait on CBI again. Not a happy camper, but then I'd have to been camping to be an unhappy camper. How a company can produce a quality product then not be able to furnish all the parts, not once but twice, so far anyway.

no instructions but didn't have any problems figuring it out. looks great on my ranger. who ever did the welding did a supper job. ended up having to go to hardware store for 4 bolts, washers and nuts to put the rack together. was packaged for shipment very well., mounting holes to bolt rack to ranger missed the lip of the truck rail, will have to come up with plan B tomorrow. not really wanting to drill holes into rack and my truck rails. still would buy this rack again, looks good, made good
