Great experience overall. Rooftop Overland is a company focused on customer service, a rare find these days. Quick and informative responses to inquiry posted through website. Easy ordering experience, prompt delivery and everything was in the box that was supposed to be in the box. I think the trend these days is to not include instructions so I printed one from the Prinsu website. After a few moments to ponder, the install was much easier than expected. Everything fit, everything worked, it feels tight and secure and I am eager to try it out with a heavy load.
