Customer service at Roof Top was great, however Cali Raised was terrible. Part ordered on Dec 5 and was shipped to the wrong address. Cali Raised was notified and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. No part, apology or nothing! They might have a great product but their customer service is the very worst. Do not buy from them. They did nothing to even attempt to resolve the issue. Horrible company. The one star is for Cali Raised, not Roof Top.

Tacoma in grill light bar
I paid extra for an extended warranty on my new Tacoma. Nowhere in the instructions for your in grill light bar did it say the factory air dams would have to be removed and left out. This definitely voids my warranty. I’m sure the engineers did not put them there just to look cool. Had I known this “minor” detail I would not have purchased the light bar. How about being truthful and let the consumer know the facts ahead of the purchase and not after. Now I must pay shipping and a restocking fee. Not at all fare.
The front wind fairing arrived with a small bend where the bolts hold it to the roof rails. It took forever to bolt to my roof due to the bent metal and I'm a little worried it won't hold.
