Rocker panel protection is a critical aspect of ensuring the undercarriage of your vehicle remains unscathed when traversing challenging terrain. Our robust rock sliders not only shield your vehicle’s sides from rocks, stumps, and other off-road hazards but also serve as pivotal contact points during intense driving situations, allowing your vehicle to pivot or glide past obstacles. The versatility of these sliders extends to their functionality as solid lift points with a Hi-Lift jack all along their length, as well as secure attachment points for safely conducting non-kinetic recovery operations to reposition your vehicle when necessary.
When it comes to construction, durability is paramount. We utilize raw steel with 1.75" diameter round tubing, featuring an impressive .185" wall thickness for the base, which far surpasses the industry standard. This exceptional robustness is extended through our one-piece construction with a quarter-inch metal backing plate, and the entire assembly is anchored securely to your vehicle's frame using high-strength grade 10.9 bolts.
Our sliders are designed with not just protection in mind, but also with versatile recovery solutions. They come equipped to handle a Hi-Lift jack for on-the-go repairs and as reliable recovery points. While we ship the sliders in raw form to give you the freedom to finish them in paint or powder coating according to your preference, it’s worth noting that this essential customization step is up to you.
We also ensure that your installation process is as smooth as possible, providing you with all the necessary hardware. We recommend taking the additional step of cleaning your frame threads with an M8 tap and penetrating oil before installing, ensuring an easier and cleaner bolt-on fit. Remember, the final paint or powder coat touch is in your hands, ensuring your sliders match your ride's style and withstand the elements.

The front wind fairing arrived with a small bend where the bolts hold it to the roof rails. It took forever to bolt to my roof due to the bent metal and I'm a little worried it won't hold.
Exceptional Product and Outstanding Customer Service!
I recently purchased the Tuff Stuff Alpine SixtyOne Aluminum Shell Roof Top Tent from Roof Top Overland, and I couldn't be more satisfied with both the product and the exceptional customer service I received.
