First, I want to say that my entire experience purchasing and communicating with Roof Top Overland was great and they should get a 5-star rating for that.
However, the drop in a star is due to the fact that Freestyle Recreation did not include any instructions for the installation of the product. To be fair, they got the 4-star rating only because they did have the instructions as a link from their product page. However, while I'm sitting in my garage I really like the tactile feel and immediate reference of a paper copy of the instructions with notes and details outlined clearly to steer me in the right direction.
I have not mounted anything on the rack system yet but it does look sturdy so far.
The front wind fairing arrived with a small bend where the bolts hold it to the roof rails. It took forever to bolt to my roof due to the bent metal and I'm a little worried it won't hold.
