Missing hardware

I do love the rack itself which is why I gave this review 3 stars; however, I waited close to 2 months for this to be delivered and once it arrived, I had only received half of the hardware needed to construct the rack. Rather than waiting any longer to install, I had to obtain the missing pieces from a local hardware store and was able to successfully install the rack. Overall it is great quality and I love the look, just wish I would have received all of the needed pieces.
