Simple to install; Looks very neat! It’s easy to load and unload all my gear and kayaks.

Prinsu 3/4 non-drill rack

Great experience overall. Rooftop Overland is a company focused on customer service, a rare find these days. Quick and informative responses to inquiry posted through website. Easy ordering experience, prompt delivery and everything was in the box that was supposed to be in the box. I think the trend these days is to not include instructions so I printed one from the Prinsu website. After a few moments to ponder, the install was much easier than expected. Everything fit, everything worked, it feels tight and secure and I am eager to try it out with a heavy load. I would heartily recommend Rooftop Overland to anyone seeking upgrades to racks and other accessories. HalleluYah!

Prinsu restocking fee be aware!

When I ordered it I liked the price and ease of ordering from your website but after it arrived I decided not to use it. I inquired about doing an unopened box return and I found out that apparently prinsu does an up to 25% restocking fee which is outlandish! I think on your website you should make it more obvious how poor the return policy is. People are use to Amazon letting you return anything with no charge. That, for better or for worse, is the new normal. Now I’m left trying to sell this to some stranger on Craigslist. I know it’s on me for not reading the fine print, but I still feel annoyed by this experience
